All content made available on the ErgoComfort™ website, mobile application, and digital services – including but not limited to: text, images, logos, graphics, icons, videos, audio clips, product designs, downloads, and software – is the exclusive property of ErgoComfort™ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Trademark Protection

ErgoComfort™ and all associated logos, product names, and brand assets are registered or pending trademarks in multiple jurisdictions. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not officially offered by ErgoComfort™, or in any way that could mislead consumers, dilute our brand, or damage our reputation.
